because the espresso is overdone and i’m bored of it. ENJOY!
ingredients//
.5oz maple syrup
3oz chai concentrate
1 heaping tsp pumpkin puree
1/4tsp vanilla extract
1/4tsp pumpkin pie spice
2oz @seedlip spice (optional)
1oz nut milk of choice
vanilla bean (for garnish)
pumpkin pie spice + sugar (for garnish)
cocktail version: instead of seedlip spice, use a vodka (vanilla vodka might be good here!)
method//
combine sugar and pumpkin pie spice on a plate. dip the rim of your martini glass into some maple syrup, then dip into the sugar mixture until evenly coated. to a shaker, add maple syrup (reduce or add more depending on desired level of sweetness), chai concentrate, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, seedlip spice (optional), & nut milk together with ice. shake until chilled. you’re going to double strain this mocktail because of the puree — so, strain (1) from the shaker into a random glass. then, strain (2) the drink from the glass into your chilled martini glass. clothespin a fresh vanilla bean on the rim for another optional garnish. enjoy!
