ornament coconut mojito // mocktail

the most fun + festive way to serve up some drinks!

ingredients// serves 2

2 oz maple syrup

4oz lime juice (save lime rinds, cut into quarters)

4oz NA liquor (something light)

6oz coconut milk

large handful of mint

pomegranate seeds

sparkling water + ice

method//

make your drink - add maple syrup, lime juice, NA liquor and coconut milk to a shaker with ice. shake for 30 seconds. add lime rinds to the bottom of your glasses. slap mint to express fragrance + rub around the rim of the glass, then place on top of limes. throw some pom seeds on top. fill glass 3/4 of the way with sparking water. fill your glass ornaments with your mojito mixture and place on top of glass. pour in individually when ready to drink!
