this is one of THE best mocktails i’ve made - it’s refreshing, tangy, and has immune boosting ingredients to keep you feeling good and glowing.
ingredients//
4 mandarin oranges
1 knob ginger
7 sprigs of thyme
1 oz maple syrup
2 oz lime juice
NA liquor (optional, but i used an orange sec)
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp cinnamon
sparkling water
method//
make your ice cubes the night before. place one mandarin slice, 1/8 sprig of thyme and a slice of mandarin peel and fill with water. the next day, muddle ginger + more thyme in maple syrup. add lime juice, mandarin juice, and NA liquor if using. add cinnamon and turmeric. add regular ice and shake. pour mandarin ice cubes into your Stanley water bottle and fill halfway with your mocktail. top off with sparkling water!
